When Will You Receive the Benefit Output?

The benefit output will be sent to the employer by email during the week following the relevant four-week period. You can expect to receive it during weeks: 1, 5, 9, 13, 17, 21, 25, 29, 33, 37, 41, 45 and 49.

The benefit statement will be sent directly by SV Pay to the benefit recipient by email.

SV Pay is responsoble for the calculation and administration of Sickness Benefits Act (Ziektewet) benefits that fall under the mployer's self-insured (own-risk bearer) scheme. ZW benefits are processed every four weeks (see Appendix I below). During the week following the end of each four-week period, SV Pay processes the benefit payroll run.

Employer Actions

Upon receipt of these documents, we kindly request that you arrange payment of the ZW benefit to your (former) employee as soon as possible. You can use the enclosed payment summary and SEPA payment file for this purpose.

SV Pay is responsible for calculating the benefit and submitting the payroll tax return to the Dutch Tax Administration. The payroll tax return overview is provided for your information. In addition, we kindly request that you ensure the timely payment of the payroll taxes due to the Dutch Tax Administration.
